More hot weather is expected this week, especially today and
Wednesday, where heat indices near to above 105F will be possible.
Today, a weak front moves into the area, shifting 5-8 kt winds out of
the northwest to north-northwest. There is the outside chance for
a shower or storm this afternoon, but chances are low. Similar
conditions are seen Wednesday, but winds now shift a bit more northerly
to northeasterly. The remainder of the week sees diurnal chances for showers
and storms with increasing southerly to southwesterly flow. Minimum RH values
should fall between 35-45% through Thursday before increasing slightly late in
the week and this weekend.
Fog potential: Fog is not expected.
