No hazardous fire weather conditions are expected at this time.
Winds and relative humidity values will remain outside of critical
thresholds.
Scattered showers this morning in north Georgia will gradually
diminish through late morning before redeveloping in central
Georgia this afternoon ahead of a cold front. Rainfall totals will
mainly be light, under a tenth to half an inch for most with
locally higher totals near a half inch. Minimum RH values today
will largely range from 50-65 percent. Winds will be N at
5-10 with higher values of 10-15 mph in northwest Georgia this
afternoon behind the front.
On Thursday, drier and cooler air will arrive behind the front.
Minimum RH values will be 45-55 percent with breezy NE winds of
10-15 mph and gusts 15-25 mph.
