.DISCUSSION...
High pressure to linger across the area this weekend into early
next week. Breezy northeast winds will be the main story from
today through Wednesday, with winds pretty similar each day,
gusting up to 20 mph. Otherwise, a few scattered showers are
possible late Sunday into Monday, but rainfall totals will be
minimal across the region. A stronger system will approach for
the second half of the week with significant uncertainty over
impacts. Winds will first shift out of the southeast ahead of
any front, sometime late Wednesday into Thursday. Otherwise
confidence in impacts and timing is low but rain chances
certainly increase along with a notable wind shift beginning
Thursday.
Fog potential: Patchy shallow ground fog possible near
daybreak.
