Relative humidity values remain outside of critical thresholds.
Another round of afternoon thunderstorms through this evening
over the North Georgia mountains and parts of west Georgia today.
Winds prevail from the east at 5-10mph before becoming light and
variable overnight. Minimum relative humidity will rangesfrom
45-55% with values closer to 60% at the higher elevations. High
temperatures in the mid to upper 90s (80s in the North Georgia
mountains) and heat indices ranging from 100-109 (90s in the
North Georgia mountains). For Wednesday, expect a small dip in RH
values, especially in the southern zones of (35-50%) with
slightly increased values at the higher elevations.
