Locally breezy Tuesday into Wednesday. && Other than some clouds across far northern California associated with a weak system moving through the west coast ridge, and a few high clouds at times, skies remain mostly clear. Conditions are similar to 24 hours ago with generally light wind over most of the area and cool temperatures. Current readings are mainly in the 20s to lower 30s in the colder mountain locales, 30s across the Central Valley, and lower to mid 40s over the milder foothill and mountain thermal belts. Little change to the dry pattern expected this week with mild days and cool nights. The Central Valley will see some patchy late night and early morning fog. Pattern amplifies beginning Tuesday as the system deepens a trough to our east. Highs in the Central Valley expected to be in the low to mid 60s Friday through Sunday, lowering into the mid 50s to lower 60s Monday.
