The fire district will be in between an strong ridge to the east and a strong storm system to the west over the next couple of days. Gusty southerly winds today will push temperatures well into the 90s with MinRH values in the low teens. A Red Flag Warning is thus in effect for areas east of Billings into the Dakotas for today. Tomorrow will be a bit cooler with lighter northerly winds and higher afternoon humidities, so do not anticipate needing a Red Flag for Saturday.
