.DISCUSSION...Soil remain damp across much of the area from
recent rainfall. This, in addition to expected rainfall coming
late on Tuesday, fire danger is not expected. Winds will be from
the south around 10 mph this evening, but will become gusty on
Tuesday from the southwest ahead of an approaching storm system.
Patchy fog development will be possible across areas mainly south
of the Interstate 20 corridor,but dense fog is not expected. /19/
