.DISCUSSION...
Today will be the last dry day this week with minimum RH falling
below 15 percent across much of Southeast New Mexico and the
Trans Pecos. However 20ft wind will be light today. Moisture
will start to increase dramatically tonight with the chance of
rain beginning Tuesday night and continuing through Friday. Will
have potential for moderate to locally heavy rain this week,
especially along and east of the Pecos River.
