MOVE IN WEST AND CENTRAL ZONES TONIGHT INTO SATURDAY...
.DISCUSSION: As a low pressure system over Lake Huron lifts east
today rain showers over the east half of the U.P will gradually
dissipate. Another disturbance and developing low pressure system
over the Canadian Prairies will dive southeast across the area
tonight bringing rain showers to mainly west half portions of the
U.P. tonight into Saturday. After lingering light lake effect drizzle
Saturday afternoon into Saturday night across northern zones, drier
conditions are expected on Sunday as a high pressure ridge builds in
from the west. More periodic rain showers are expected next week as
a series of disturbances move through the Upper Great Lakes.
