precip returning Thursday. 0.50-1.0" of rain is expected. Drier
air builds in by Saturday and we will see daytime humidity fall to
30-41 percent with breezy winds. This will bring marginal fire
weather conditions mainly over the Plateau. Higher humidity Sunday
into next week.
